INTRODUCTION
LGA offers hands-on experience on every phase of every project from programming, planning and building design through construction management. Larry Gabriel's leadership background and his expansive team-oriented expertise has been developed over a range of project types throughout California: from residential to recreational, from public to private, and from progressive institutional to complex telecommunication projects. STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Larry Gabriel has provided professional architectural services since 1975 over a wide range of commercial, public and recreational facilities. He has directed his own firms since 1982, Gabriel Associates, Gabriel-Carrillo Architectural Group, Inc. and Larry Gabriel, Architect, (LGA). LGA has been a collaborative with several design/build projects, providing Larry Gabriel with a very real approach to cost effective design solutions. PROFESSIONAL AND CIVIC INVOLVEMENT Licensed architect in the State of California Member of US Green Building Council Certified Quality Control Manager Member of Carmel Valley Chamber of Commerce Member of Carmel Valley Civic Council Graduate of the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. Former Board member of both the Sacramento Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Sacramento Chapter of the 20-30 Club, a non-profit organization. RELATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LGA offers a full range of professional design and engineering services. Consulting firms are selected based on the size and complexity of the proposed project. Each consulting firm utilized will have prior project experience with Larry Gabriel, Architect. LGA will act as your main point of contact and will oversee all aspects of the project. LGA will be the Architect of Record but focusing upon the project programming, conceptual design, design development and contract administration. |
